Guest lecturer, Teresa Maldonado Marchok, is a licensed physical therapist, certified Pilates instructor and ambassador for the national organization “American Bone Health”. As a boomer, she has learned firsthand, the need to make well-chosen modifications to her workouts and daily activities in order to remain healthy, pain-free and meet the needs of her 2 active teens.
